Completing your Delivery

Once you have finalised your delivery, bought the item and everything’s ready you need to make some final preparations.

Make sure you get the seller to document the condition of the item on collection as this will help you to notice if the goods are damaged at all in transit. Make sure pictures are taken.

If you have accepted a quote and paid the deposit but wish to cancel the delivery, then you should first inform your chosen transport provider that you no longer require the delivery. You should then contact us at to have your payment refunded.

If you have not yet accepted a quote then please delete the listing a relist with the new address – you will have to wait for new quotes to come in. If you have already accepted a quote and need to change the address, please contact us and the transport provider.
