What is Haulin?

Haulin is the marketplace that helps customers who need to ship an item connect directly with professional transporters. Haulin is a competitive market place which lets transporters bid for the opportunity to win your business and move your haul.

How can I download the Haulin app?

The Haulin app is avaiable on both the iOS and Android app stores. Just search for Haulin

Do i need to purchase the app?

The Haulin app is completely free, we do require a payment method to be associated to your account in order to verify you and the only time you will have to pay for anything would be when booking a transporter.

What can I Haul?

The simple answer is anything! Whether you need to move your prized classic car or an antique grandfather clock, all you have to do is list it on Haulin. Bear in mind that you will have more success finding the right transporter when you provide images, dimensions and weight.

Who are the Transporters?

Haulin is an open marketplace that allows professional transporters to use our service to find customers, from independents to courier companies we welcome all professionals to connect with you. All transporters go through a review process and must pass before they have access. Please leave feedback once the delivery has taken place, it's very helpful for all users and for us to make sure we only include the very best transporters on Haulin. 

When will my Haul be delivered?

When you list your item, you will be able to outline your delivery date or a date range. Make sure you use our chat platform to confirm pick up and delivery times before accepting a bid from as transporter. We also advise that sometimes it's not that easy to give a precise time as the transporters can't always avoid traffic among other delays whilst getting your haul safely to its destination. 

How do I make payment?

We accept payment via a credit or debit card from you as soon as you have accepted a bid. Once the payment has been taken we will hold onto it whilst your haul is being shipped and on delivery you will release funds to the transporter via the Haulin app. 

Is my Haul insured?

All transporters will have their insurance details included on their profile, make sure you review their cover and are comfortable allowing them to move your haul. If you're unsure, speak with the transporter on our chat platform to confirm their level of cover and if it suits you. 

How does Haulin get paid? 

We charge a small percentage fee to keep the app running smoothly which is included within the quotes received. We update Haulin regularly and welcome and feedback, good or bad! If you have any suggestions or issues be sure to contact us.

Is Haulin environmentaly friendly? 

One of the main objectives at Haulin is to offer a service which makes shipping as efficient as possible, we care about the environment and want to do our bit to tackle climate change. Many of our transporters use Haulin to fill their rig with numerous items whilst on the road, meaning an empty trip is unlikely and a full rig is typical. We believe efficiency is key to tackling climate change and that's the core of our business.
